Great staff and a great bank! Always helpful and have bent over backwards to meet my needs as the customer. this is a five star bank!

Opened an account and was told that there would be no charge for the first batch of checks. I was charged anyways for the checks, i talked to the teller and she was like that was the charge.

I stopped in to this branch to have some coins cashed out and also cash in a check.I walked in the bank at around noon and all the employees were busy chattering. It took them a good 10 minutes to acknowledge my presence. The tellets behind the line wer engrossed in some conservation that my presence had interrupted. The entire process of cashing in the coins and check was very robotic. The tellers did not make any contact nor did they say thank you but she leapt into conversation with an employee who came back from lunch.It seems like US bank is going downhill with their business mannerism. Dont understand why are they so nice when they want you to open back accounts to meet their sickly account goals and lose customer service standards when all is well.
