Every one of our questions were answered promptly and honestly. They got done in 2 weeks what a local bank couldn't do in 3 months. Better rates too! They even educated our realtor and saved us money on both the house and on closing costs. With their "LOCK & FLOAT-DOWN" option, Scott even got us a lower rate than what we originally locked on.
