Wasted my break, they closed early and for the weekend. Never again.

I have done business with Payday America for three years and they have been wonderful. They helped me when I had some financial dillemas and I always managed to pay them back in a timely fashion. I would recommend Payday America to anyone who needs a little financial assistance

Greetings, I have cashed well over 10,000 dollars in checks at this business @$50-$60 dollars a check over the last 1.5 years. Today I am told the new "policy" will not cash checks older than 7 days... News flash, all government checks that I receive are ALWAYS more than a week old when I receive them. I have cashed reissued checks that were MONTHS old due to the original being lost in the mail. Today I received a tax rebate check for the month of September (because that is when they overcharged me) But because the check is dated from when they stole my money, not within the current week, so you won't cash it. So I ask again, Do you actually cash checks? Apparently not any from the Treasury Department or IRS. Say goodbye to the $6-800 dollars I was wasting at your establishment for sake of "convenience" I received the idiotic response of "it's just our policy" with absolutely nothing to back it up. Certainly, with a first time customer the policy is understandable... That said, with the money I have wasted at this establishment, my new "policy" for everyone I know will be "payday America doesn't cash checks, and they treat people like thieves.. Don't ever do business with them." I attempted to contact the "higher ups" within the organization to resolve the matter, but their crappy webpage form gives me MYSQL errors when attempting to submit the question through 3 different web browsers. The humorous thing is the link to working in customer service for Payday has a 4 star rating.. right.. because you don't have to do any actual customer service! Great Gig!
