CU Companies was an absolute pleasure to deal with. I refinanced my home mortgage with them. The staff was very helpful, courteous, and professional. Closing was quick and painless, and they were able to provide me with the best interest rate compared to other lenders. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Worst experience I have ever had with any company period. The lack of communication was staggering. It was next to impossible to get in touch with anyone for information about our loan. Missed our closing date twice, costing us more money and heartache. Too many issues to list. I do NOT recommend getting a mortgage with this company.

Anyone reading this, under no circumstances use CU Companies. Every year I go through insurance song and dance and now they are charging me $480 because they say I don't have insurance when I do. IT IS A NIGHTMARE dealing with their customer service. Again, I'm going to be on the phone dealing with this disaster. Wish me luck, BUT DON"T USE THESE GUYS!

Worst customer service experience EVER! I had CU Realty (CU Companies) list my house. I could go on and on and on and I might revise this review at a later date but felt I shouldn't wait any longer to post a warning to the public. I believe going anywhere else would be a better option just keep on reading the reviews.
