I waited in line to be helped, the teller said she could help. I smiled and said great! I'd like a money order for this amount. She proceeded to tell me she couldn't help me because she didn't have a pin pad. I stood back in line and waited 5 mins for the same teller to come back and say, 'oh, I guess I can help you. Can I see two forms of id?' I said, I've been banking here for years and you want to see two forms of id? She went on to tell me she couldn't help unless I had two forms of id because she doesn't have a pin pad... The workers obviously need the tools to do their job. I never got my money order because I don't frequently hold two forms of id on me. I went to another location. Ridiculous

I lost my atm card earlier in the day and went to obtain a replacement. As soon as I relayed my predicament to the teller, I was directed to a personal banker, Lizzy, who immediately assisted me. The service was courteous and swift. I left with an instant card replacement in under 10 minutes with all my questions answered.

Incompetent. I've had a wells Fargo account since I was born, this location is by far the worst bank I've ever been to. They waste people's time. Save your time, drive to a different location.
