Bremer Bank in Minnetonka, MN

As a regular check casher there, (non-customer) I have come to realize why your bank has no customers. I have accounts at two different banks who go out of there way to be friendly. Walking in there this morning, I walked right up to the counter and was approached by a young gal maybe early 20's, dark hair, and no smile, no "Good Morning", just a look of disgust as if I was taking her away from something important! She cashed my check and no eye contact, no smile, no "thank you", no "have a nice day" just a cold shoulder as she turned and walked away. I experienced this before when I was there last time but blew it off thinking she must have been having a bad day. I wanted to open an account seeing as they have a charge for cashing checks, but decided this is obviously no place that wants my business. I challenge Bremer to walk into any Wells Fargo bank and see how you're treated.Bremer could learn a little something on the value of a visitor. The banking industry has left a bad impression on customers lately and seeing how poorly I was treated my last two visits, I understand why nobody else was in their bank! I won't be going back,,,,,,,
