Was a very happy customer of Endura Financial for many years. Since it changed to Connexus I cannot get in touch with anyone. I have tried on multiple occasions to call in and I have to wait on hold for at least 15 minutes. I have not had the patience to wait longer than 20 minutes. They have lost my business.

Used to be good, but since merged or got bought by Connexus Credit Union. Mobile banking is not at all user-friendly. Only options that are easy are text message alerts. They said they have online options to deposit checks, but it's not easy to figure out. Also, checks used to be shown online, now you have to order them/pay for them.
