I recently refinanced with Berins Enterprises and here are my thoughts. First off they had an incredibly friendly staff. I worked with Sam and he made my refinancing painless and kept me informed on the different steps through out the whole process. Extremely responsive and flexible, they were willing to work around my schedule which I truly appreciate. They were able to lock in a great rate for me, lower my mortgage length a year, and help me in removing my PMI by switching me from an FHA loan to a conventional home loan. I can not recommended them enough.

Berin's Enterprises and their staff will blow you away. Sam and Chuck worked with me & my fiance closely and personally to meet all of our needs! They helped us to close on our home in the very short time of just one month! It was painless and the communication was always there, every question of ours was answered and our worries addressed.
