US Bank is now charging monthly checking fees and will not offer much assistance if you were not properly notified. I visited branches three times and spoke to three different bankers. All failed to follow-up and they all had to "check with their managers" before doing anything. It was a hassle and a headache. I still feel my issues were not handled properly.

This has been my branch for over ten years. I've had nothing but good luck with US Bank for more than twice as long as that. They've made me a loyal customer.

Is a good branch but need to work on customer service I call in because I need it help with a problem I had and they put me on hold for like half an hour then I call back and was able to fast explain what happened she's like "miss can I put on hold or I can have another person call you in a few minutes to help you so I say okay" so minutes turn into hours never got the call back.
