Since members took over I am on hold over 15 minutes every time I call very disappointed going from a 3 minute maximum wait to over an hour before I hung up.

Since April they put my x wife on my account after 10 years for bing signed off Has lost accounts where it took me 3 hours at bank to help find them. The last straw was bubbled reported to all credit companies my credit. We have lost more then 44 points on our score do to this and the answers I get would make anyone say WTF.

Best place to bank at. The staff is super nice and have actually helped to save us money. But since they've changed the name it doesn't have the personal-hometown feel anymore.
