they sold me a crappy Chevy Malibu i couldn't drive because it had bad breaks they wouldn't fix. on top of that once I traded it in for a new car with a REAL dealership they are now refusing to refund my car payment back to me. I wouldn't recommend anyone to go to these people at all. there cars arent safe at all and they rip you off big time.

Uac is a joke I missed 1 payment and it was 2 days late and they calling me taking about I have 24 hr. To pay it or they will have to pick up my truck I will never use them anymore and no one I know and I pray they go out of business. They don't deserve a business they're rude ass people.

I only gave them one star because I had too. As I'm currently on the phone with them I have experienced nothing but horrible customer service. Lot 8 was who I worked with and they're actually really nice. But it's always the UAC who would like to argue and tell me "I don't care what you're going through I still get to get paid so.." And that was by the Supervisor.

The rudest Customer Service employees I have ever dealt with and I don't even owe them any money! Now today I spoke with Ray at UAC and he was the most pleasant person I could ask for. Thank you RAY!
