RCB Collections in Hibbing, MN

Worst Collection Agency ever. They will not work with you in any way. I've asked numerous times for my balance and updated my info with them. They just file judgments against you. I have received zero communications from this agency. I paid off a judgement immediately, they claimed they have no record of a judgment. My credit is wrecked now, and as far as I'm concerned they can shove their collections up their asses.

This crack pot of a company received a judgment on me for 3200.00. They garnished my wages for almost 3400.00 and now they refuse to to file a settlement of judgement with the courts. When i called and talked to them on the phone they are saying i still owe them 152 dollars more. My attorney is getting all of my money back due to unfair business practices.

I think these people are frauds. They are claiming i owe them money, even though I live hours away from them and they had a claim against me ever since I was in middle school..

Remember now: bad checks can happen but people needing to be treated nicely thru the phone lines is something we can all do especially when we are the ones at fault with bad checks. RCB is a good resource for our community to learn to be good listeners and negotiators for exact documents needed to prove proof of payment. I appreciate had copies of bill being paid. I am glad you oblige when I asked for a copy of the bill for each check to be mailed to me previous to mailing a money order to RCB. I hope more people learn to be friendly whom feel the need to write bad checks or are of situations where bad checks occur. I hired this agency to collect a judgment I had awarded. Eventually, the debtor was on food stamps and was not worth my investment to collect from. However, RCB was very friendly and knowledgeable and worked the case diligently. Recommended if you need their services for account receivables issues and business collections.
