National Recoveries in Ham Lake, MN

I usually never leave reviews but what i've had to deal with from these people is piss poor performance. They never call you at a convenient time, they're NEVER in their office, they're not polite people at all. They make paying a loan back much more frustrating than it needs to be. How am i suppose to check a balance of a loan if they don't have a balance checker on their website?! Don't you think if i'm paying back a loan that i would like to see how much i have left?! Absolute trash of a company. Wish i could just work with the school to pay back my loan.

This has got to be the worst company I've ever dealt with. You have to call and chase them down for information, they do not make any effort and they have beyond poor performance. I don't believe anything that comes out of these people's mouths anymore. The people I have been looking for are NEVER available or they're always gone. I'm having a hard time believing they are a professional company. They do not work with you! I hope the department of education pulls the rest of their contracts from them!

I am pissed. How hard is it to make a payment on the phone? I keep calling and it plays music and sends me to voicemail! I have left a voicemail and my call was not returned. Can't even get someone on the line to tell them how unfair this is!

very inconsistent information, every time you talk to a rep the information is completely different. They really are terrible

I've had a really positive experience with these people. They are very helpful. I'm looking to make a payment and unsure how to do so though. Lol
