Customer service particularly in the drive thru is poor, staff is not representative of the diverse community of its patrons, and they pre-approve and then don't deliver.

Consistently Incredibly Poor Service. Every time I call the wait time is over 20 minutes. But the last straw was when they lost a signed legal document I mailed to them that was difficult for me to replace. I was told the employee was on vacation when it arrived and it was "lost while he was out."
