Great bank. They take good care of their customers.

They have good popcorn on Fridays here but I would stay of 4th Street. The Faribault Police write tickets here at an alarming rate. I would avoid all business on 4th if you do not want a ticket. You don't need to be speeding to get one. Shameful.

I been banking with 1st United since 2001, their overall customer service did fall since then. Instead of creating better hours they did shut down a Faribault branch. Banking fee are standard like any other bank. But if you are looking to get a loan or refinance this is not a place to go. If you have the spare time go to a smaller bank then try 1st United. Compare your results and you will be surprise what Affinity Plus can offer even if you have bad credit.

Bank does not put any loan information towards your credit. I had done 2 different loans with this bank. I finished paying them off early trying to help my credit score. Just to find out that nothing ever changed or affected my scored.
