TCF Bank in Excelsior, MN

All TCF"s are going DOWN HILL, they will screw you every chance they get,PLEASE keep a close eye on your accts, they tried it with me to the tune of $110.00 in the last year but I called them on it guess they need help paying for stadiums,and now they are all closed as of 09/29/13.I saw on the news last week they were the worst rated local banks by customers, I'll drink to that, but how would I know I was only with for 17+ yrs STAY AWAY!!!!

Says open on sundays not true.

The loan officer for this location and Chanhassen was very rude to me. He made a claim that I don't know what I was talking about when the truth was that he didn't know what he was talking about since he jumped to conclusions that he was always right. I tried being nice and working him more, but he dropped the ball and never gave me anymore information that he told me he would give me. I would never recommend getting a mortgage from TCF bank. Tom T. is very unprofessional and is terrible at communicating.

Everyone here is always very friendly, quick and accurate. I am very happy with their service.

I had my card taken away from me at a Caribou Coffee because I filed a fraudulent charge (That I spotted) a week before it and was told I wouldn't need a new card. Once the claim was accepted the card was automatically terminated. I never received a phone call or email about the termination of the card. I went into this TCF Bank and made a $295 cash deposit and asked for a new card. Angie took the deposit went to make a new card and their system went down. I was in a hurry to get to a sporting event downtown and after waiting 20 mins I just asked if I could get the deposit back because I have no card or cash anymore. Angie told me there is absolutely nothing she can do because her drawer would be off. I tired to reason with her, fill out a withdrawal slip and I'll sign it, void the last transacation, call your supervisor so I could still make it in time to my game. Angie stated that she was the manager and there is nothing that can be done. Was told multiple times she can't do anything because the deposit is through, her system is down and she can't have her drawer off. After being there for an hour, she refused to help me and I was forced to go home and miss my game. I spoke with her supervisor and also a supervisor at their call center who couldn't believe that she couldn't/wouldn't do anything to help. I'm glad to see that protecting the amount in your drawer was more important than keeping a client of close to 10 years happy after you took their money and than weren't able to help them. Emma the supervisor the next day was very professional and did almost everything she could to try and keep me there. I was just past the point of turning back. Thanks for trying Emma!
