They NEVER have any check deposit envelopes for the drive through ATM. Also posting your hours of operation on here would be a good idea.

Horrible...the automated system has been broken for three years, unable to recognize any verbal prompts whatsoever. I am always transferred to a representative because of this and voice my concerns each time, to no avail. I have had this account for 15 years with good standing, but when I overdrew my account during a time of need when finishing graduate school last year, they refused to overturn it. TCF has the worst customer service that I have experienced-I'd change it but all my accounts are linked to that one...look elsewhere for loyalty and cordiality.

----------1 they dont have cashiers checks apparently not even if you have a business acct. Hmm, wells fargo does. But wells fargo across from them has a rude lil lady maybe in her 20s. (where is the customer service i am always expected to give???!!) 10/21 so today i went to pick up a copy of the checks "i" deposited into the acct yesterday, after speaking to the clerk who attended me, yesterday, she said there will be no problem you picking up a copy of what "you" deposited. Today, there was a problem with the a fat short blonde lady with flat hair stretched eyes who looks mad just for having to be there. I left upset without the copy of what i had called for. WTF!!! why are they in business again?!

Go two blocks away to the Cub Foods Branch. Seriously, in this day and age, how does a beautiful stand-alone building not have a public restroom for customers?? "Hey! Wait in line a long time after your morning coffee for us to serve you, but only employees can pee here." 2 stars is generous. But 7 hi-tech drive thru lanes.
