RCU (Royal Credit Union) in Edina, MN

One of the places where you will get best of the interest rates whatever be your credit score. The application process is real quick. Chelsea (from the bank) was very helpful and nice.

I love RCU. Especially beause they're so friendly. Not that the people at this particular location wasn't friendly but I came in and no one greeted me. I was fine with that but I had never been at this location before and I didn't know what to do. I stood in line to talk to a cashier person and there was one more customer a head of me waiting as well. There were no cashiers to be seen. No one looked up to ask what I needed either. I really didn't need any money transactions being done, I just needed a new card printed. It seemed almost as if the people coming in were being ignored. I stood there for at least 5-10min until another person walked into the building. At that point someone finally came up to us and asked if we needed help. The lady who helped me was really nice. I don't doubt that the rest of her co-workers are just as nice however it was a really bad customer service experience. I hope that in the future other customers are better taken care of.
