I didn't even want to give this place a star. Every single time I come here to represent my workplace this staff are extremely rude and unapologetic for their lack of customer service. After finally complaining to whom I thought was a manager, she gives me excuses instead of apologizing. Then goes on to continue to make me wait even after telling her I'm in a hurry and need to open my store. I will be talking to my corporate office about switching banks. How much longer must I watch these people sit and play on a computer instead of doing their jobs. Shame on you.
