Affinity Plus Federal Credit Union in Eagan, MN

Made a deposit in the morning. tried calling twice when bank opened to speak with someone and after being on hold for a period of time both calls dropped. Yet I am told they would be honored to speak with me. ??? Only wanted to make sure deposit went to the right account because I did not have a pen to mark my member number.

Credit unions are the way to go. Low fees (if any), lower rates on loans. I got a VERY good rate on a fixed mortgage and a refinance here, and have had checking and savings accounts with them for years. Easy to go through the drive-through of walk inside, and their app has everything (like remote check deposit) that the big banks have.

If I could gice this place bo star, I would.I've been a member for 5-6 year living in the twincities and now I live in apple valley this place is 3 miles from me and from now on I will only go to the one in Lakeville, been there once and they did a great job. This place has terrible service and they are Not as friendly as the people in the twincities saddly. This place is a huge disappointment to me, I've only had 2 visits here only and here was my experience. 1. My husband and I made an account together there and the guy working with us wasn't even friendly and he didn't even ask us how are day was going. This experience felt like I was going through a Micky D's. It was an awkward silence the whole time we were there and that had to be 15-30mins. 2. I did a drive through deposit and the lady only Deposited $40 out of $284. WOW!!I had to call then and regulate them. She spent 5 mins in the back counting it and she couldn't even do it right. I dont care how long you take just do the damm job right. Good Luck to whoever goes here.

I have been a member for 15 years. They are amazing and I would never think of banking anywhere else! I trust them with everything I have. Thank you for being awesome!

I've had the privilege to work with Vernon Prosser. He's a delight to work with. Always pleasant and courteous in all his emails and phone conversations. I wish everyone shared his passion for the work he does, and be as thoughtful, conscience and friendly as he is. To conclude, Vernon is a remarkable individual, and a true professional at what he does. His keen sense of attention to detail will astonish everyone he gets to work with. He has a bright future regardless he stays at Affinity plus, or pursues his career elsewhere.
