they never answer the phone and trying to get in contact with them is annoying

Mobile app keeps saying invalid password when I am entering what they really me to. I tried to call back and answering machine said they are closed even it was during normal business hours on a weekday and not a holiday.

Go somewhere else. These guys make you jump through too many hoops and then always want something more & they limit themselves to utilizing only one inaccurate credit reporting agency to pull your score instead of checking all three major bureaus. Your odds for simplicity, fairness, and approval lie elsewhere.
