Payday America in Coon Rapids, MN

The people that work at this one don't seem to have their heads on properly. They also are not on the same page as one another. It took 2 trips back and forth between there and my Fiance's work to get a letter for "proof of changing his direct deposit back to his Cashpass card". After getting the letter from his boss they told him that he had to go back again because the letter didn't have the routing number or account number of the card on it which they didn't specify anything like that the first time. There was no apology for the mix up. Pretty pathetic service.
