Called for my online account and the cloquet branch says it's open till 130 I called at 1248 and it says it's closed this doesn't make sense to me

Banked with Lake State for 30 years, a wonderful friendly experience. Since the merger with members customer service is horrible accessability even worse. I will limit my business with them to the absolute minimum. I will not recommend them and will use my sphere of influence to ensure I can prevent as many people as possible from joining. In the mean time I am moving my financial resources to another institution.

Lake State or members cooperative as they go by now has gone way down hill in customer relation and customer satisfaction, so glad to be out of there especially now that they closed the Hinckley branch
