Wells Fargo Bank in Cambridge, MN

I have banked too long with wells fargo. Customers are nothing more than a number to them with policies set up to intentionally screw over the customer. One mistake can snowball into hundreds upon hundreds of dollars. The managert is not willing to work with customers and she can be quite rude. The only reason I still bank there is that I've been too busy to switch over all my direct deposits to my new bank. Peoples Bank right across the street knows what customer service is and treats you like a person....not a meal ticket.

I love the savings account

I have never had anything but a good experience with the Associates in the Cambridge MN. It is one of the few branch offices I've been in, that everyone I have been in contact with, that has been completely pleased except for trying to get through on the phone...Armas Ristamaki

I got a check from a guy wanting to buy my car. Melissa saved my life by doing some research and finding out it was fraudulent. Went above and beyond and saved me losing $2000 I didn't have :) Super nice too

No public restrooms - which is ridiculous. Tellers are ditzy and sometimes rude. I will never attend this branch again. It was unpleasant.
