Firefly Credit Union - Burnsville in Burnsville, MN

I had started with US Federal Credit Union, until Firefly Credit Union bought them out. Very disappointed in the service with Firefly. Long time members with a great history, don't matter to them. I will be canceling my account with Firefly.

Been with them since 86. They do have hiccups when issuing new cards and networks. when we used to have free ATMS at Wells Fargo, then a new rewards card was issued with free ATMS at US Bank. For a while I had to call because I was being charged for withdrawing money from ATMs at other credit unions. Just for the purpose of correction, US Federal CU Board of Directors voted to re-name and brand the Credit Union Firefly. The Credit Union was not acquired or purchased, just re-branded. Not a fan of rebrand, but like to see we're getting lots of new members. I am also for the first time seeing advertising. Brooklyn Park branch needs to be expanded if they are going to market this aggressively.

Opened my account a few months ago with a representative named Janelle. She made the process very easy and the whole visit was pleasant. I ended up refinancing my car through them for a much lower interest rate after having some issues with my previous bank. Kevin helped me the second time and he was just as helpful as Janelle. We got the entire refinancing process done in a couple of hours along with helping me with some issues from the previous bank. Really glad I chose these guys and I'd definitely recommend them for anyone looking for somewhere to bank.

Terrible. They signed me up wrong, wouldnt give me my account number, and spelled my name wrong

They've helped me so much through thick and thin. Best bank I've ever gone through. Thank you Firefly. You guys are amazing!
