Firefly Credit Union - Brooklyn Park in Brooklyn Park, MN

Very friendly and efficient, also great location!

The credit union as a whole is a really good company but this location is irritating. This is the only branch in the north metro and only has 3 teller windows. There's ALWAYS a line. They are extremely slow and never have enough people working. It seems no matter how many customers they have they only have 1 or 2 tellers working and one of them has their window closed doing whatever on their computer while there are customers waiting. They should pause what they're doing and help the line first. If their rates and products weren't one of the best in MN I wouldn't waste my time.

I love this credit union location. The people their are friendly, helpful and efficient! They know me and I always feel comfortable there. In fact, I am so pleased with the credit union, I just changed all of my checking account business to them.

Been a member since 86!! This location worked ok as USFed, as advertising and promotion was basically non-existent. With the "hip" Firefly Millenial re-brand (not saying that in a good or bad way, just the way it is) this location does not have the room or facilities to serve its members anymore. A lot of bus, billboard ads out now. Sometimes in summer I have to stand outside to wait in line. People aren't going to stick around, or be in the mood for this, when it dips below 0. This review is not reflective of the staff, who are top-notch.
