I went in to pay my collection item that amber woman was being rude and disrespectful and unprofessional for being a manager she should get fired with her sorry ass she said I couldn't get my change because it an collection item I mean wtf really?

Called to ask for information and they were just rude.

The only thing that could make my experience better here is if it were instant. But can't rush other customers. I liked being there. Idk what the unsatisfied people are talking about. Everyone there was cool and knowledgeable. Im hoping to deal with them soon.

I originally was just going to give it 5 stars and not leave any comments but I am shocked by the negative comments about the manager. I have been going to this place for the last 5 years along with my family & some friends. I pay all my bills there and use the debit card that they offer. It's unfortunate that those folks have had a bad experience but for me personally I happen to think Amber is an awesome employee and is very helpful whenever I go there. She is always smiling and very helpful to me and other customers that are there at the same time as me. Also she is the only person most of us recognize when we visit as there is always new faces there half the time and some are not so desirable to deal with. She is always a constant and I look forward to going to her when I visit

Always courteous people and Amber is my favorite! Been coming there for years! When it's crowded right before or after holidays, they still try to be courteous. Wish people would think before making unkind remarks. This is a high pressure job with many rude, impatient and mean customers. Wish you has a ten star option!
