Great bank. Branch Manager is very helpful.

This has been my local bank for over a decade. Never pushy, always friendly, and there is rarely much of a line to get teller assistance. The three drive through lanes give an added convenience. Plus, I love the free Dum Dum sucker s.

Today I went to this branch since here is where I opened my account last year, I wanted to make a deposit and the teller said my check card wasn't working, one the bankers issued a new card and said that somebody probably pushed the "wrong button" I went back to finished my deposit and the teller said this time "there was a hold in my acct", the banker said didn't know why and called a different department and they said that they decided to end up the relationship with me, I said why ? and they couldn't give an explanation and I demanded my money in a cashiers check so I can go to another bank where they appreciate my business, the manager said he couldn't release my money until next month and I will receive a check in the mail, THA IS NOT ACCEPTABLE I had to go to another branch were I was treated with more respect and they issued a cashiers check. This was the worse experience I ever had at a bank, no wonder why Wells Fargo has a bad reputation for being scammers and dishonest, I will never recommend this joke of “Financial institution" managed by incompetent employees who don't care about their customer needs and their jobs. ***** This branch in Bloomington Minnesota needs to be shut down, horrible NO Customer Service with clueless employees. *****
