Great place to bank! The staff is friendly and is always able to answer my questions! I only wish there were more locations but the locations they do have are strategically placed so you're not going too far out of your way. Their mobile app is the BEST! I can transfer money, pay my credit card, etc. all from my phone!

I've had my accounts here since I was a kid. I moved to a different state a few years ago and banking with them is still just as easy as if I were still in MN. Love the shared branching, and the customer service has always been great.

I've been a member since early 90s. I'm thinking about switching to a different credit union. Interest rates has been good. Though, anytime I've need to go to the branch for changing or adding an individual, the wait and process takes forever. recently, I've needed a medallion signature guarantee, I've been there twice waiting for a long time, and ended up leaving because I would need to wait for another hour.

This is a great credit union. Friendly and courteous always. Love the online backing. Good interest rates and a shredding event with cookies and prizes!

I have been banking with them for 25+ years. Great rates, friendly & helpful people. I've never been bothered with the wait times, but you can tell they are often busy. Really like the mobile banking. Would definitely recommend them.
