They will not send out a card if you’re not at your house. BEWARE if you’re traveling - you will not get help! I'm 1800 miles away from home and us bank does not care if I eat tomorrow. Too bad you have to find out your bank isn’t worth a darn when you’re on vacation! How embarrassing for us bank.

Very poor customer service. Only one phone number is published on the web. This is also the number you get if you call the 800 number for US Bank and wait through all the prompts to talk to a customer service rep. I called the branch in Eagan on Cliff and a REAL human being answered. When you call the number listed for the Apple Valley Garrett branch, it actually tells you that they DO NOT answer their phone. Today is Christmas Eve and they have shorter hours. My elderly neighbor needs a ride to the bank and we cannot even find out how long they will be open...
