The worst company. Will suck you in and charge you 30% on top of what you borrow. A legal loan shark. Extremely rude employees as well as dirty establishments. If you want a headache rude and horrid customer service, go here.

Companies like this may seem to help in a crunch, but it's a terrible option. They are not friendly and seem like they enjoy saying no.

Super friendly and funny staff. Like I wouldn't recommend getting a loan through Payday America if its not completely necessary because you do end up getting caught in a loop, but if you really need them it's awesome. Great for if you get caught in a bind.

For everyone that is not having a good experience just remember that this is a last resort option for a loan when I couldn't pay rent I was able to get rent money a week early I don't care if I had to pay the 30 bucks. It took about five minutes and they were able to look up all my employment info online I didn't even need any documents. I would suggest not getting angry if you don't have a job because these people have an obligation to make sure that you have the ability to pay .
