Been with this bank for 16years an love the service. Only thing I hate is when they get rid of long time tellers..especially at the cub foods location.

I have multiple accounts with Minnco. The staff is always friendly and remembers you by name, unlike the big box banks like Wells Fargo and US bank that treat you like a number. I highly recommend this credit union!!!

People should put why they like this Credit Union. There APR% is better than most banks or CU that I have. There's 1 teller that had a problem with me at first but the issue was taken care of. I just wish they'd stay open longer on Saturdays. It would help customers more I believe.

Been with the credit union for about 5 years its always the same story poor customer service, always end up get a better interest rate on a car loan or personal loan elsewhere. I will be changing banks

Been going here for nearly 10 years now and love it!! I used to be with TCF but after some issues with them I decided to try Minnco. They are genuinely the nicest people ever, they always go above and beyond and do seem to truly care about you. They even remember me by name when I stop in! I've taken out and paid off multiple loans here and they have the lowest interest rates I've ever seen. I wouldn't bank anywhere else, love this place!
