Friendly staff. Parking can be a little awkward, but plenty of parking spaces. Drive-thru lanes are mildly inconvenient. Otherwise it's a cookie cutter bank.

I do not have an account here, and I won't be getting one. I had to cash a rather large sum check written from a US bank account. The teller told me there would be a $7 charge to cash it, even though it was their own account. I asked to talk to the bank manager and she brought me all the way to her desk to tell me she couldn't do anything about it. What a joke.
