The service is slow ( sat on hold for 10 minutes) and the employees are rude! Seriously, I wanted to pay off my loan and they wouldn't let me! Guess they don't want my money! WORST BANK EVER!!

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I had a problem with my account and as a bank I should be told what steps I need to do to solve it and they need to correct their errors. Nicole who was suppose to help me was very rude and awful. I have never experienced such a horrible person to work with then Nicole. I would recommend going anywhere Nicole doesn't work as she is no help. Get a different bank!

I love working with CMCU. While in college, I experienced what every college student might and times got tough. At one point I was about to overdraft and got a call from an employee who stopped the overdraft and transferred money from my savings so I didn't get a fee. They have always been friendly and helpful.
