I like the bank. What I don't like is there are no hours given for this branch on the internet. Or if they are there, they are impossible to find.

Their automated system does not tell you where to find the "recent transactions" plus does not tell you "deposits and credits" so their phone automated system is horrible, I just don't understand how could a bank approve such a thing which does not give the most wanted information? I did discussed this issue with staff but nothing happened, I challenge any TCF staff to prove it if it's not true,try it yourself and answer it !!!
