Working with Jon Izenbart and VanDyk mortgage was the best decision we have ever made! My husband and I were set to close with a smooth sailing deal until the sellers neglected to disclose a $50k lean which was found at the last minute. To make a long story short, the home went into short sale and we thought we had lost the home all together (thanks to the seller!) Jon and his team bent over backwards for us. We did get the home and an even better interest rate to boot! If it weren't for Jon and VanDyk mortgage, we would not be in the home we are in today. We cannot thank him enough for his hard work, determination, and impeccable attention to detail that was put forth while working on our behalf. 100 gold stars!!! Jon and his team are amazing!!! I closed a week earlier than expected! Always gave me positive energy and when I needed help or clarification they responded in a timely manner. Everything was explained in detail and recapped at a level I understood! Everyone was friendly to work with. They made, what I thought would be a stressful process, surprisingly easy. Jon shared with me what to expect in the near future as well as years out with homestead credits, property taxes etc he really went over and beyond so that nothing was a surprise during and after the mortgage process. Not enough stars to rate Jon and his team. From day 1 Jon was very professional, but more importantly very caring and honest. He truly made it a very easy process. From the very start, I knew Jon was different than the others- he was clear, organized and full of answers. Very easy to contact.
