I would not recommend this credit union. My husband's family have been members of this credit union for several generations and recently we've been very disappointed with their service. We presented them with a lower interest rate from another bank for a car loan to see if they would match it (so we could continue banking with WFCU - used to be Wyandotte Federal Credit Union) and they would not. It was our 3rd car loan with them in 2 years and we've always made our payments and paid it off early. We can never get a hold of anyone when we call as well. Rates are overall not competitive because we found a much lower rate for another car loan as well. We are closing our accounts today.

I have always had great customer service with this credit union. Although I am out of state, I still have my account and the people there are always friendly and helpful. I would never give that up. Thank you for a job very well done!
