Not helpful at all said my 86year old grandma had to come in to cash her check even though I had her ID and she sighned the check gave me no other options just said we can't help you when the Genisys in Waterford always does it for her rude lady I get it if your boss says you can't do it but definitely could've tried giving me more options and been polite about it never will come back here again I will drive the extra 15 minutes out of my way and go to Waterford good ridense
