call center sucks I don't even think the corporate office really care about good customer service. I'm going to take my business eleswhere. Since Zeal took over this credit union SUCKS.

Who is in charge of the website? That thing is down every week at some point. The branches are nice. But when its a friday at 9am and you wanna check the account. Cant. Need to fix the online issues..

I love Zeal Credit Union. I have been with this Credit Union since it was Co op. I started my account when I was 16 years old now I am 44. still love my credit union even though the name has changed. No problems for me

As soon as I pay off my auto loan with Zeal I will be taking my business elsewhere. The online support is lacking, if you loose your card and try to call and freeze it you wont be able to unless you call during standard banking hours. You also do not have the option to freeze your account, it's only canceled. With zeal's motto being "there for the working person" they do not work for the working person. If you use the ATM services more than I believe 4 x in one month you are charged a fee. With the hours I work I cannot make it to the ATM any day of the week. Why should I be charged to take out my own money!?! This is a deal breaker. (they do have great rates on loans though).
