Ronnies Jeweler’s and Loans in Waterford Township, MI

Brought my watch here for a bracelet adjustment and the fiasco that followed was ridiculous. I was told that it would be ready the next morning and they would call me. Well I waited until 1500 the next day and no call. I called to check on the status and they informed me that they had sent it to their watch repair shop because they couldn't do it there. Never told me that they were sending it out at all. I then asked to have my watch sent back and was told that it would be "a few day". A week later they called and told me that they had the watch back. I went to pick it up and was hassled for not having it fixed with them. I informed them as to why I didn't want to use their service and was given even more attitude. I would avoid this place like the plague.

Fast turn around, and the most friendly staff!! Reasonable prices!! Glad I went!!

I can not recommend Ronnie's Jewelry enough. They have always been incredibly professional, and family friendly. They have created a number of stunning custom-designed pieces of jewelry for us, and each piece can only be described as "timeless." We have personally worked with Dawn on multiple occasions, who has always been the most wonderful point person for anything we've had done. She has been straight forward, sweet, and incredibly helpful coordinating with the Ronnie's team to get us exactly what we wanted. You will be in very good hands at Ronnie's!

Ronnie's designed my custom engagement ring (with my husband's help), and it's more beautiful than I could have imagined. It's dainty, but intricate and eye-catching. I also bought my husband's band there - a vintage Tiffany&Co ring. His family has been going exclusively to Ronnie's for years, and we'll continue to use them.
