Oakland County Credit Union in Waterford Township, MI

Always a good experience.

I am very disappointed with this Credit Union. We chose to have our credit union merge with this credit union. 1st they took 5 months for them to transfer. 2nd Not only that they felt like it wasn't important to tell the customers that had been banking with my postal credit union for over five years.. that they change the pay date as well. 3rd They just send you things that you have no clue what they are for because it comes out of order. 4th Ill be looking for a new credit union.

Horrible, I used to bank with My Postal CU which was great. They built personal relationships with the postal employees and offered access to payroll on Wednesday as a service. They merged with Oakland County Federal CU, and seem unorganized. I had received my new membership information, but did not get any for the account that I had for my son for which he would receive his weekly child support payments. I had to contact them. They no longer offering the early payroll access that My Postal CU offered. That was one of the primary reasons for banking with My Postal. I have other accounts with other credit unions and banking institutions, and I will be primarily banking with them from now on. Totally disappointed
