I have been using United Wholesale Mortgage as one of my primary wholesale lending sources for several years now and have come to enjoy working with them for many reasons. The number one reason is their technology platform. All the initial disclosures are e-signed and the underwriting process is fast. Another great aspect is the same day funding. If you have a purchase loan that needs to fund the same day your client signs, this is the lender for you.

Just a quick note regarding my experience with Michael ZDyrski, a Pronto Team Underwriter. He took the time to listen to the complex income scenario we needed worked out for our buyer and told me exactly what I needed to gather to get this reconsidered. Then this morning, he manually placed the file into the senior queue for review eliminating an extra step/wait for us. Thank you for great service, as always.

Cant say enough about this company. they truly care about their brokers and loan officers. been in the business many of years and always hear the same..."we want to work with you as a team" type sale to get brokers to send business their way. took my account rep almost a full year before i gave them a chance. they now have 100% of my business as they truly work together as a team and have implemented every resource to make it easy for all brokers and loan officer to close loans. Absolute worst mortgage company ever!!! My parents fell behind a month on their mortgage and when they tried to start paying them back (more than what was due by the way) they said that it was in the hands of lawyers and they couldn't say anything else. My father is currently in Navy boot camp which means they must cease this foreclosure and we have sent papers proving he is in the Navy. They claim they got the papers then 5 days later they say they didn't get them. This has been happening FOR A YEAR!!! My parents have repeatedly tried sending money to get back in good standing and instead of working with them they send the money back. This issue could have been done months ago but United Wholesale Mortgage just wants to screw people over and take their houses. Also we have gotten no official or legal paperwork saying it is under foreclosure yet our house is going up for auction soon. These assholes need to shape up and actually work on helping people rather than screw them over. It is so beyond ridiculous and shady there are no words. Do not go to them if you want to keep your house.
