Ordered new replacement checks at counter and she still put wrong address on them. Had to reorder. Strangest bank I have ever been in. I haven't ever seen one other customer in there. I avoid going in there but there is no other choice.

Worst banking experience ever. We were ignored. Calls unreturned File misplaced. It was a nightmare. I've never seen such disorganization at a federal banking institution in my life. Their lack of customer relations saved us tons of money. We ended up paying our house off with our own money.

Awful customer service. Phone calls aren't answered or returned. We were given a closing date months in advance and scheduled our lives around it and just days before closing they informed us that they didn't have their paper work ready in time so we couldn't close on our date and the soonest they could do it was a week later because they had too many other closings. I would definitely not do my mortgage with this company.

Unsure why LMCU Troy is getting a bad wrap on Google Reviews. The team that I worked with was great in every way from being very helpful to very courteous. Their mortgage banker, Matt Adler, is a great professional as well. I very much enjoy being a part of the LMCU community.

London provided excellent customer service. Fast and quick transactions. Asked me if I wanted help downloading the LMCU app and walked me thru the process. Went above and beyond. Great job.
