Terrible customer service, terrible response time. I would never recommend d keeping g your money here. They don't like when you call and ask questions regarding your money.

I have been a customer for over two years and am very dissatisfied with the customer service provided by this institution. If a friendly smile and "how may I help you" is what you're expecting, they do deliver. However, if you have a real issue with your account, BEWARE. This institution would rather make money off your misfortune, than promote customer satisfaction and provide a little good will to back it up. Let me explain. I was assessed a $35.00 fee by MSCU for a transaction that never even happened. This was assessed while using the credit union issued debit card with the MasterCard logo. I had used this card to reserve a hotel room. The hotel requested a credit card hold the reservation. My assumption, although wrong, was the credit union issued debit card with the MasterCard logo, is a MasterCard credit card tied to my checking account. It appears that this card is just a debit card provided by MasterCard debit card services. No ability to charge, just withdraw from your checking account. This was explained to my by the processing manager at MSCU once I asked for an explanation and the assessment of the $35.00 fee. After my vacation stay, I used an alternate credit card to pay for the room, however, MSCU saw this as a money grab opportunity and quickly charged me $35.00 for the "hold/reservation" even though I did not pay for room with this card or account. Moral of the story, Do not use their debit card with the MasterCard logo to use for a deposit if you don't intend to use that card. The credit union, takes those funds out of your account like you actually spent it, even though it never shows up on your online account statement. You will not have the money available until the 3 day hold period expires. After three days, they let you spend your money, but if you happen to exceed the phantom hold amount while using your card, you will be assessed the fee.

Staff at windows are great. And frindly.

they need better teamwork. And communication with there customers.

very unhappy with this credit union. I moved to a different one.
