How this place has the rating it does simply blows my mind. They must be paying people or they have their employees leave good reviews. This place is one of the shadiest, most Crooked companies I have ever dealt with; I have paid almost $10,000 for a car that I have had to put way more money into then it's worth. All of their employees treat you like your a criminal. I religiously paid them for a year and a half when I injured my knee and had to take a week off of work. I called, explained everything and asked if I could make a double payment on my next pay date and they treated me like I was the lowest person in the world and threatened me. They told me if I didn't make the payment on that exact date then they would find my car and take it. After all that they harassed me for the last year I had the vehicle about "trading my vehicle in for something a little newer with a better interest rate" after I made it clear I didn't want to work with them any longer. When I called about coming in the get my title signed off I asked if I could get the last oil change and they told that the oil changes are available while the vehicles being paid off. So I can pay 10,000 for a vehicle and their extremely cheap company can't afford a $30 oil change. At least I know what a horrible company this is and I can let everyone I know that there are far better options out there than Simple Auto!

I absolutely loved the place and the people there! They got me in right away with approval and is working with me knowing what I have going on n I would recommend them to everyone!! Definitely will keep coming back here!! Thank you again simple auto!!

Wonderful! I rented a van to drive downstate and they had the best deal in town. I ended up buying a car from them and they're friendly, personable and would highly recommend coming here!

Purchased a truck from Simple auto last year, within a week the engine went out. Their "warranty" put a used engine in it, check engine light came back on and knocking within a few miles. The truck was scratched to shit when it was returned from their mechanic. After the 3 engine-well better off staying away from Simple auto. Let's not mention how their repo people breach of peace and attempt to break into garages and harass children. This place is a scam. They are unprofessional, rude and lying fucks.
