This credit union drives me nuts! Our debit/ATM cards are constantly declined even when we have plenty of money in our account- card expiration read error, daily limits, etc. The tellers in the drive-through are ridiculously slow and there is absolutely no customer service after 6pm during the week and only a small window of time on Saturdays. So if there is a problem with your card outside of those times, you're screwed. Also... I love seeing the message "ATM being serviced, PLEASE WAIT" on ATM's... and ATM deposits are automatically held for 2 days! Thanks for crappy service Sagelink!

We have had problems with rudeness with some employees or they don't know what they are doing half of the time. It isn't everyone, just a select few..

I have been a member since Flint Community Credit Union, nearly 17-18 years ago, my first "bank". I always get one on one service, instead of drive thru rush rush service like other banks.. Love their Fraud department and how quickly they call if they suspect anything. The Swartz Creek office is SO VERY accommodating everytime I'm there. I love this credit union!

This credit union has done a wonderful job managing my services overall. Outstanding customer service and wonderful varied financing types for all of my needs. They were very gracious last year when I transitioned jobs and came up with special lending terms for me during that time. Establishments that don't care about there customers don't do that. Keep up the great work Sagelink !!

I really enjoy my credit union, the only downfall is they don't open until 10am. They would have a full 5 stars if they opened earlier which would be more convenient for many of us who work in the morning or have school.
