Nothing seemed like it took priority, we were first time home buyers not knowing what was going on. nothing was ever explained to us and we felt that no matter what we needed we had to call a million times just to get things done. at which point we felt as though we were bothering them. we were not sure what we were doing and it would have been nice to work with someone who could and would be willing to explain the process to us, answer questions and return phone calls in a timely fashion. this place is rediculous
