High fees

My father was a member there for 40 years out of he Gregory location and even ran a business account through them. Now that he is old and forgetful, he visited with my brothers, and the Gregory Manager told him they no longer wanted his business. They forced him to close his account and his safety deposit box on the Friday before a holiday weekend, leaving only 4 business days before his social security check was due to deposit and his automatic withdraws were due to come out. They did not give them a reason nor did they give him any advanced notice, written or otherwise. They also did not reimburse him for the fees on the safety deposit box they forced him to close at that time. They did not financially rectify the monies he will have to pay out due to the returned checks, nor did they care for the fact that he is on a fixed income and looses the ability to financially tend to his needs, such as buying groceries or medications and paying for his health insurance and utilities. After 40 years with a stellar banking history and credit report. The bank has chosen to defeat and tarnish the financial name of an helpless senior citizen. Do not trust this bank unless you would like similar treatment.

I like being called by name when I walk in the door. Kodee just helped me through what I thought was going to be a hard process and she was always one step ahead and made it a smooth transaction.
