Freestar Financial Credit Union in Sterling Heights, MI

Not a happy customer at all....why would a name change effect the banks operations??? As I was 35000 feet above earth flying towards FLA...my debit card was hacked in CA and wiped my account out. I had no idea until Monday when ...on vacation....I couldn't use my card :-( after 6 years I have never had a problem with this credit union. Now, my daughters account and mine have been compromised to where its painful to trust any financial institution ever again. NO STARS!!! ps you have to put at least one star to POST your comment NO STARS!!!

I came to free star financial looking to consolidate my debt into one payment per month coming in with very poor credit. I was given the ability to start fresh and free star did. Today my credit is between 710-750 I highly recommend to my friends and family or to anyone looking to rebuild.
