Recently went to the Sterling Heights branch on Van Dyke and had to take my three kids with me. My two year old was less then cooperative when I was trying to handle some loan paperwork. The Branch Manager came out and offered to take all three to her office, let them pick out a beanie baby and played with them for about 20 minutes to let me get through the paperwork. I was very impressed and thankful. They were awesome!

I have had nothing but positive experiences with ECU. All offices are good but I personally like Sterling heights best. Small enough to really individualize attention and big enough to get the job done. Thank you all.
